
I woke up at 6 this morning, sometimes I'll snooze until 6:30 if I decide I don't want to curl my hair. I decided I'm going to try and work out every morning, or at least Monday through Friday and take Saturday and Sunday off. I popped in my Pilates DVD working on my buns and thighs. It was great! I felt the burn, and had much more energy when I was done. Sadly, I didn't get my hair curled today, but I think I have a good excuse for it this time.
I think if I can keep up this plan of mine, maybe I'll look better in my fun and cute bikinis I have. Not too thrilled to take have people stare at me with my ugliness at the moment. :) But I seem to have motivation, so far, and it's feeling great.
Okay, so this isn't the exact DVD I have, but it was as close as I could find at the moment. I got the package with the circle, or whatever it's called. I've had it for a while, I used to use it a lot more, so now it's time I put it back to use.
Now this is the right DVD now. I finally found it. How fun is that. I love it.

I haven't done pilates forever. A lot of the legs up over the head moves I couldn't do. I am so weak, I really need to build my strength back up. Good job exercising!
Winsor Pilates is hard work--good for you!
I have this Winsor Pilates DVD set -- haven't done it in a while. I never did get past the 20 minute workout - can't imagine doing the long one. Yay for you!
