Remember how I wanted to go to Vegas for my anniversary? Well, as I'm sure you've noticed, with my anniversary being last Saturday, it came and went and no Vegas. By the time Matt and I finally decided that he DID want to go to Vegas, that was only with a little persuasion of mine, the price of the room and Phantom tickets had gone up like $200 or more. I was very disappointed to say the least. :( When I get my little heart set on something, especially when it comes to traveling, my favorite thing to do, I get quite disappointed when it doesn't turn out the way I'd like. After putting my Vegas idea to the side, maybe September or December would work :), I started looking at other less expensive get aways. My next venture was going to the Homestead in Midway. But alas, once again, the prices were not really in our price range. Yet another disappointment. I finally had to give up on my anniversary vacation.
Don't worry, my next plan was to do something the following weekend, being this coming weekend of course. We found a fun little place in Park City. It's actually a brochure thing we got when we went to Jackson Hole this past March for our annual Snowmobiling competition/ hill climb extravaganza. We pay $40 for 2 nights stay in Park City at some newerish spa/resort, and then Saturday we have to listen to their 60 min. spiel of their time share canoozle! Whatever, I think it's worth it to finally get my somewhat of a vacation. I go back to school on Monday for teacher meetings, so I need to get in my fun while I can. Yay! We'll be leaving Friday night, after Matt's uncle's wedding ceremony that starts at 6:00. They better hurry and do their "I Do's" quicky is all I have to say about that. :)

Sounds like a blast! Have fun! I would love to do something like that too.
Sounds great! Have a fun time and buy some great stuff and then come back and tell us all about it!
I love the outlets! I always find great stuff up there. Sorry your Vegas trip didn't work out. That would have been fun. Of course it has been around 117 degrees down here. Maybe it's good you're missing out on this.:)
