2 Years

We had our anniversary on Saturday. It was a great day! We didn't do anything especially different, but it was just nice to spend the day together. It's crazy at times to think we've been married for 2 years now. Time goes by quickly, yet I can still remember things like it was only yesterday. I sound old saying such a thing. Hehe

We ended up going to Log Haven, up Milcreek Canyon, for dinner. It was delicious!! We'd never been there before, I would highly recommend for a special occasion. It was fun. I gave Matt some Sketcher shoes, hoping he'd like such a thing since I'm usually the shoe girl. I figured his other everyday shoes, not work boots mind you, are wearing out and now have paint on them. Besides, he doesn't usually buy shoes for himself unless its a need. It was a need somewhat, but I thought it would be nice to have nice shoes for dates and such. Hope he didn't find it to be a stupid gift. :)

He gave me a pretty white gold necklace dangly with an amethyst on the end. Very pretty. He's great at buying me jewelry and pretty sparklies! He also gave me the DVD Bridge to Terabithia. I loved that movie since I'm such a kid at heart. Give me a kid movie anytime and I'll be content. Life is grand.

You guys are so cute. Wee-woo! Happy Anniversary, too! It sounds like a romantical evening for two :) My husband is the same way about shoes, never wants to buy them, but I think it's a great gift because, Hey, men need nice shoes :) Also, I've never seen Bridge to Terabithia, but now I want to check it out!
