Fall isn't really for another 3 weeks, but it's close enough I think. I can't believe it's here already. Really, where did the summer go? I do like autumn, in small doses, don't get me wrong. Most years we don't really have much of an autumn and go straight to winter, that I'm NOT a fan of.
I love that fall introduces us to cooler weather, yet it shouldn't be too cold. I love that my birthday is just around the corner (Oct. 10th). Mark it on your calendars! :) I have missed wearing some of my warmer clothes, long sleeves, pants, etc. etc. I will miss my flip flops, short sleeves and capris though. I am not ready to have huge snowstorms or bundling up in coats, gloves, hats, and boots to trudge out through the freezing cold weather and snow. Yuck! So here's to a happy autumn, but maybe postponing winter for a while longer.
