Salad Anyone?

I'm going to visit my brother and his wife tomorrow night in Provo. We're having dinner at their apartment, and I'm suppose to bring some sort of salad. Hmmm....does anyone have any ideas? I want something that's easy to make, and quick. :)

Honestly, I'd just get one of those salad kits from the grocery store and put it together. We love the oriental one -- it has the lettuce mix, the dressing, dried cherries and won tons all in the same pkg. You could even fancy it up and add some chicken pieces. So easy.
