Twilight

So I've been reading this book I ordered from Amazon (yes, I'm a book freak) and I've been so good at checking books out from the library that I gave in to my obsession to buy 2 books. Ha! It's called Twilight, and the 2nd in New Moon, both by Stephenie Meyer. I'm loving it! Kim, from school, told me about it and it sounded interesting, so I trusted her. It's about Vampires, totally not my cup of tea, but it is a good book. When Matt saw the front cover on the book he was like, "why is there a picture of hands and an apple", wanting to have an answer I just said the first thing I could think of. "umm....the hands are for the like the paleness of the vampire...and umm....the apple is for the blood." Haha! I just crack myself up sometimes. But it does work though, right? Sorta? I got the book on Thursday, well, I had to pick it up from the post office because our stupid apartment mailbox is so teeny tiny it wouldn't fit the box so they left me one of those notices that there's a package to pick up. I get so pissed off I tell you when I get those, cause I know I'm going to get to the post office when it's out of control busy. When is the post office not busy? I have no patience for that. Ugh! Anyway, I picked it up on Thursday, and have been reading it madly since. Almost done now, only 100 pages to go, and I want to finish it right now. Only we're leaving to my mom's in a bit for my brother's birthday. I love him! But this book is definitely one I would recommend, it's on the New York Times bestseller list too...imagine that. I can't wait to start the next book, New Moon, and then the 3rd one comes out in August I think. Very excited!

I just finished twilight. A little cheesy, but I liked it too. I am on hold at the library for the next one. Did you know the author is a BYU graduate?

Easy read, trust me. They are teeny-bopper books.

I hope you don't mind me crashing your blog. I am Natalie's friend. LOVE these books too! I checked Twilight out at the library and finished it one day. The waitlist was too long for New Moon and I new I would want to re read Twilight so I bought them both of of Amazon. I am about 150 pages in to New Moon. So far it's sad and Edward's hardly in it. Can't wait for Eclipse!

I don't mind at all. The more bloggers the better! I finished Twilight and am reading New Moon too. It is sad without Edward I agree.
